Sustanon 250

I just picked up some Sustainbolic 250 from Asia Pharma. And I want to do 500mg/wk. I was going to inject 250mg Monday and Thursdays, but was wondering if there is any reason to do 500mg at one time instead…?

some would think so ... i would stick with the twice a week, cuz of the short esters in the mix

the only "reason" to do it is because you dont feel like injecting yourself twice a week

but like bud said their is a short ester that would make it beneficial to do it twice a week like u intended

In the past I've always pinned twice a week with sus but right now I'm only pinning once a week and I see no difference

Sust is awful - cant keep steady blood levels - that means gains are inconsistant and side effects are increased

I have found to get thye best results from sust you need to do every other day injections. This will help keep more stable blood levels without building up huge concentrations.

You beat me to it, when I ran this in the past, I always did EOD, worked great for me.

Just as the previous two guys, EOD is truly the best for Sust. I've only run it once myself, but a lot of guys I train with swear by it.

More than 4 cc is not suggesed that you inject at once. So I suggest you
split this in 2 shots, for instance one on monday, second on tuesday.
