Alright so i have read in a few different places that inject winny is actaully lost almost as much as oral winny, hints to why people spot inject. so if you can take the inject winny and swallow it, how much of it is lost in comparison to the actual oral winny? I figure why even take it orally just inject it like always but if you dont loose as much from swallowing it and you get more than you do with a oral pill why not?

Their is no evidence of drinking winny is the same as injecting. Just a few who have posted so and some followers posting the same thing which is not true. Either inject or take a pill/tab
drinking will be less but do it if you have to?

ya thats exactly what i was thinking. Tabs seem to react better with me more than spot inject, dont know why i just react better over all with the tabs than i do with the inject.

I prefer the injections....the tabs like any other orals are harsh on your liver...
switch injection site frequently.

You may consider oil based winny also. Less shots needed.

I've tried all three methods and all of them seemed to work the same for me. Maybe it varies person to person?
